Good afternoon! This weekend (January 24th) was supposed to be the Clinic & Concert for Junior High and Elementary District Honor Choir. It has now been officially CANCELLED due to the weather moving in. Due to the scope of an event like this, it will not be rescheduled. While I absolutely understand this decision, I am so sad for the students who qualified for this event and put a lot of effort into auditioning and preparing music for their concerts, who will not get to perform in them now. From the elementary school, we had Brooklynn Baczkowski (Soprano), Norah Dowell (Soprano), Addyson Lawson (Alto), Alia Piedra (Alto), Kelby Roemer (Soprano), Peyton Scammehorn (Alto), and Kadence Vincent (Soprano). From the Junior High, we had Eden Beach (Soprano), Paizley Hawkinson (Soprano), Tanner Stacy (Tenor), and Peyton Venters (Tenor). Thank you to those students for all the time and energy you have put into your music! I'm sure your concerts would have been amazing! Please stay warm and safe this weekend.
